Workplace Mobbing

One of the main goals of gangstalking is to destroy the target financially.  This is done through blacklisting or making it difficult for a ti to find a job.  If a ti successfully gets hired at a job, the next step the gangstalkers will utilize is workplace mobbing.  This is gangstalking at the job where management and coworkers team up to force the ti to quit or get fired.

If you're a ti, try to get a job on your own.  If you take a job that a gangstalking family member is trying to get you to work at, the job most likely has perps infested in it from the managers all the way down to the janitors.  As with most other things, try not to tell anyone where you're applying at to make it harder for the gangstalkers to sabotage it.  It's like the Russian saying, "The quieter you go, the further you'll get."

One of the first signs a ti will notice in their workplace before gangstalking starts ramping up is when managers and coworkers they got along well with leave the company and get replaced with managers and coworkers that partake in workplace harassment.  The management might start introducing policies that seem aimed at inconveniencing the ti.

If the ti is experiencing harassment in the workplace, according to a California employment lawyer, they should tell their manager in writing through email or text messaging.  This way the complaint is taken more seriously because it leaves a paper trail and there's always the potentiality that the employee might sue the company in the future if the employees complaints aren't taken care of.  Writing letters to management also stops managers from denying having any conversations with the employee about harassment that took place because they don't remember.

Another general tip that applies to anyone is not to go to human resources for help because they are paid to look after the company and not the employee.

If you're targeted in the workplace, you can reduce your gangstalking there by looking for or applying at another job at a different company.  When the people at your work find out that your're trying to get another job either through hacking your phone or due to background checks from the job you're applying at calling your current job to verify dates of employment, the harassment at work decreases.  This is because if you're not working at you're current job, you're managers and coworkers can't get giftcards, money and favors by mobbing you.
