Targeted individuals around the world and people who knows how this program truly operates need to make a website to help educate the public about what gangstalking organized harassment really is because the internet is flooded with disinformation and people paid to discredit survivors going through it.

It's also a good idea to make a website because if anything were to happen to a ti that currently has a website still up that's dedicated to exposing gangstalking, their website gets removed within about a year since no payments are made to keep it up and running.  Which is also why it's highly advised to make a website prepaid years in advance.  It's important for all people, targeted individuals and non targeted individuals alike (one day the non-targeted individuals might wake up and become targeted individuals) to have access to real legitimate information that can help them deal with gangstalking should the need arise.  Let's take for example Iceman Cometh who was becoming popular on YouTube making videos that were helpful for ti's going through gangstalking.  He even had a website, ThePuti.Com (Proactive United Targeted Individuals).  Then one day he stopped making videos and his website was removed several months later.  The website StopCovertWar.Com was another helpful website that can give a lot of insight into what is going on about gangstalking but was removed sometime in 2020.

Another bonus to making a website is that you can help ti's and future ti's what helps reduce or even stop gangstalking.  Websites are a beacon of light that need to be maintained continuously so the fire never goes out.
