Get a CO2 meter

One of the goals of gangstalkers' noise harassments is to get the ti to stay inside their bedroom and close their door and window to keep the noise level down. What this does however is increases the amount of carbon dioxide levels inside the bedroom over time, which could cause ailments. Buying a CO2 or carbon dioxide meter helps keep track of CO2 levels to know when to open the bedroom door and or window in case it gets too high.

It also helps to get a good set of earplugs to help mitigate noise campaigns.
