If you're experiencing gangstalking, one of the first things you can do immediately to help your situation is to get a good set of earplugs.  Since one of the gangstalkers primary and main attacks used most of the time are making loud noises around your vicinity, earplugs or headphones make a great investment.  You might have to go through several pairs to find out which ones you like.
